Hello. I am sorry to hear this. There are a few models of Android phones that have issues with playing videos in WhatsApp. In these instances, we recommend sending via email or another platform like Signal or Facebook. We have refunded your payment for the trouble. Best, 2050cards
Not sure where my chosen card went initially!
Card designs were ok.
Not sure where the card went though!
It certainly didn’t go to the person I was trying to send it to initially.
In the end I managed to get it there by forwarding it to the right person.

Hello the cards are sent from you to the recipient, like hand delivering. This usually makes sure that the card is sent to the right place. Any issues in future please do get in touch with our support team on WhatsApp.

Easy first experience of sending an e-card
First time I have tried any sort of e-card and sending through WhatsApp was easy and my Grandson was chuffed to recieve it.

Easy to use setup and delivery
What a novel and easy to use setup this is. Great for last minute forgetfulness or friends and family over seas. Don't think it could have been easier to do.
