As mentioned earlier, all cases will be investigated carefully and 1stpal.com team care about customers rights, but we expect customers to be more patient, after getting the final result, if they are not satisfied, then they are free to send their - feedback!

We contacted the customer for sending him the refund both on Trustpilot and also by sending emails, but we haven't received any answer yet as we need his BTC address to send him the refund!

We were ready to send you the refund after a few days you reported us the problem but you didn't answer to our multiple emails from 1stpal and Trustpilot asking your BTC address.

This case was investigated for multiple hours by our agents on live chat and ticket department, the customer don't pay attention that the key is a OEM version and only accuse us of scamming!, we contacted Microsoft support and asked about the key, Microsoft support confirmed that the key is valid and could be used for activation, the support mention that the key used 3 times but can be used for activation ( you can read below for details from Microsoft Support )

" There are two types of product key .One you can activate going through Settings. However for this product key we need to install it on Motherboard in order to activate your computer . " Microsoft Support

Maybe it relates to times used to be added; you can read below the Microsoft support described the steps required to solve the problem but the customer left the chat on 1stpal and gone! contacting to Microsoft Support is not our job but we did it to help this customer.

then the cusomer left the Live Chat on 1stpal and we didn't get the id to send it to Microsoft support!

We described all of steps to the customer but he behaved very bad and left the chat before completing steps that Microsoft Support told us to do for activating for being confident about the reason of the issue customer claimed. but he didn't follow steps, so we need to investigate the case by asking our supplier that takes more time.

We think this is a complete description for this issue, unfortunately scammers are growing fast and they use this way to leave a negative feedback to get free cd keys or refund that we don't care about scammers. if we come to the conclusion that there is a problem with our keys after getting answer from supplier according to procedure mentioned clearly on "Refund Policy" page, the key will be replaced with a new one + 4% cashback but not for scammers; for those who treat honestly.

We invite all customer to leave their review on Trustpilot, but Pls behave honestly

Hello,

He confirmed using VPN:

Using VPN is against our "Term of use" and many credible digital cd key stores and is prohibited!

"We consider one account per individual / household as ‘fair use’.Any purchase that seems not to be for personal use or by using any kind of fraud such as: sign up verification using public online sms receiver platforms, fake E-mails and VPN and any other kind of fraud reserve the right to cancel, decline or refund your orders/account without any explanation."

Orders placed using VPN will not process automatically, there is no difference on payment method, because customers are able to use Visa/Master cards and using VPN causes problems which is known to "Chargeback", so the customer need to wait for receiving his cd key. There is clear notice in RED on cart page requesting customers to read FAQ before completing orders.

We send customers the cd key after receiving a short answer about the reason of using VPN for "BITCOIN ORDERS" but his misbehaving while talking to our agent on live chat that guided him through steps he needs to follow over 40 mins not 20 mins and using *** words forced us to ask him his bitcoin address for sending him the refund 5 times!, but haven't received any answer yet! It's not our fault! this is an usual procedure for such cases! and other customers passed it without any problem.

So, we are ready to send him the refund whenever we receive his answer to the ticket regarding this order and also we expect editing this review too because it's a big lie.

We invite customers to leave a comment on Trustpilot about their experience they had, so there is no reason for us to scam a customer only for $8 order!

#Update 1:

The customer still doesn't answer requests from Tickets Department agents about his bitcoin address and this is the answer we got from Coingate (payment gateway) about issuing refund for the payment:

"Hello,

While this is the address where the payment was sent from, you should NEVER assume that this address ever was (or still is) under control of the sender.

You should contact the sender, and ask them for their address where you should send the refund."
