Hello,
You have received an email regarding your account verification request.
The customer had no payment ! only requested for Visa/Master card payment option that needs verification to be enabled for his/her account for payments.
Also there is a clear message after sending the verification form that the investigation will be done within 3 - 18 hours after customer request ... so it's weird why the customer is complaining about !
Everything is clear and written on website, if a customer don't like it, then the best decision is to choose another website not leaving false rating and feedback, it's shameful !

There was a problem in order status updating from payment gateway.
Also there was a clear delay notice on checkout page :
” Important Notice: Delay in delivery of orders emails, Read more on FAQ page.”
Hint : when there is no such notice on checkout, then estimated order processing time will be ~ 17 min at the moment.

Sir, All products are digital with email delivery ! We have an option on checkout page " Other payment method ? " that we collect other payment methods that are not available now on our website to be added in future if it's possible. so it's not a live chat support or ticket message to be answered !
You had no payments for the order ! and this is not valid comment and rating !
The customer filled the blank with " paying when receiving ", so if it means COD, it's clear that all products are digital with email delivery.
This is so weird ! that the customer leave a negative review/rating while he/she even has not paid for the order !

Ordered Windows 10 Pro key today
Ordered Windows 10 Pro key today, paid with ltc. The payment gateway took a bit and I thought OOF i got scammed, but in a few minutes it actually did go through. My order was in processing but a few minutes later it went on hold. I got worried a bit, but then I contacted their support on on-site chat and they were really friendly! They told me the order would be delivered in 10 minutes and it did!
Honestly I was a bit skeptical bout using this new site but It actually does work, so Im very happy and I might as well have just found a site which I'm gonna keep coming back to :)
