If the customer is concerned with his time it was better to complete the refund policy procedure ( could be done within ~15 mins ) instead of wasting our support time ~1hour on live chat ! and abonding it without providing requested proofs !
The customer DID NOT read MULTIPLE notices on product page and checkout page [ before payment stage ] live support chat and Order Bot page [ before cd key delivery, so even after payment stage the customer can still request for a refund ] with a clear warning that cheap Microsoft keys may face activation issues and if online method fails then the customer need to use " Phone Activation Method " or following " Activation Guide Notice " for resolving the issue, finaly if both methods fails, after providing FULL DESKTOP VIEW screenshots ( NOT cropped ! ) then we'll be able to send a new replaced cd key.
The Customer clearly refused to complete the refund policy procedure although we asked multiple times for it ...

Es el único sitio que pude encontrar que acepta Payeer como método de pago. Si bien tardaron un poco en entregarme mi compra el proceso fue relativamente sencillo. Lo único malo es su diseño web poco profesional que no inspira mucha confianza.

Regarding the delay, during certain times that there is an announcement bar on checkout page ( before payment stage ) :
" IMPORTANT NOTICE : Delay in delivery of orders, Read more on FAQ page. "
Orders will be processed with a delay, so we are sorry for that as we know it may be unpleasant for customers and please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this made ...
Regarding the UI/UX, we are somehow aware of that in some aspects and we'll try to reduce and fix them as soon as possible.
