1heat.uk (Nino) Recensioni

Nino sorted out my dangerous old back boiler and put in a modern combi system a1 service all workings great

I was contacted by Nino from 1Heat.uk regarding the possible replacement of my boiler, and I was very impressed by his honest and straightforward approach.

Rather than simply recommending that I replace the boiler, Nino took the time to explain its current condition, whether replacement was genuinely necessary, and the most practical way to manage it going forward. His advice was clear, logical and very reassuring.

He also took the time to assess an issue I had been experiencing with my wet underfloor heating system. Despite having previously spoken to other plumbers, no one had been able to correctly identify the problem. Nino was able to diagnose the issue and explain clearly what was wrong and what needed to be done.

I found Nino to be knowledgeable, professional, honest and trustworthy throughout. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking for a reliable plumber or heating engineer who provides straightforward and genuinely helpful advice.

Over many tears I've used Nino's plumbing services throughout my home from installing a new boiler system, to new rads and softener. This month, 1 Heat supported the design, supply and fit of our new family shower room. Very happy with the care and attention taken on this project.

From initial contact through to completion of the job Nino at 1heat was a joy to work with. Professional throughout and clearly has a wealth of knowledge and experience.

Great guy, and great skills always a pleasure to deal with

Nino was reliable, hard working and a pleasure. He is very friendly and answers any questions you may have. We had an issue but he quickly resolved it. He is very knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using him again!

Nino was very professional, reliable and efficient. Came in with a proposed solution and plan to get the work done. Was also very responsive and helpful when answering questions. Got the work done quickly and to a high standard.

First impressions count and Nino was spot on. Polite, honest and professional. He arrived at my property spent an hour looking at various parts of the heating system behind the loft alcoves and took apart the 18 year old boiler so I could see the decay. He did more on his initial free visit than the boiler service engineers ever did. I would highly recommend his services. Ps. Didn’t require a deposit and only paid on completion of Job. I paid the day after and was highly satisfied.

Nino installed a new LPG Combi boiler for us, converting from an old Combi oil boiler. He was most reliable, efficient and informative. Nothing was a problem to handle and he explained everything he was doing.
I would certainly recommend his plumbing and installation services.

Had Nino service my boiler recently and the whole experience was excellent. He arrived on time, was friendly and professional throughout, and did a thorough job. He took the time to explain what he was doing and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Really appreciate the reliable and honest service, would highly recommend Nino to anyone needing boiler work done.

Very happy customer. Nino is genuine, reliable and knows his stuff.

Nino fitted our boiler, transitioning from a conventional to combi system. He was incredibly proactive from the start, offering honest advice tailored to what our home and family actually needed rather than just pushing for a sale. His communication was clear and consistent throughout the project. Even when we hit a few snags during the installation, Nino stayed on top of it until everything was resolved perfectly. He maintained a professional workspace and left everything spotless. We’re already planning to bring him back for our kitchen and bathroom fit-outs. Highly recommend!
