A good experience so far
I have not received my books yet, but when I placed my order the company was up front about how long it would take to receive them. I scheduled a support call with Carlos Diaz. He was able to answer questions I have now about the prep and exam. He also gave me his direct contact info so I can contact him later with any additional questions.

I had ordered books from One Exam Prep, but unfortunately they did not arrive as expected. Brandi was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to look into the missing shipment, worked to locate the books, and promptly arranged for a replacement shipment to be sent out.
Her communication, patience, and willingness to help made what could have been a very frustrating situation much easier to handle. Ordered my text book online, seemed to be running a little behind schedule on delivery so I reached out over the phone, no one was available when I called but my information was taken down to be contacted as soon as possible, I was promptly emailed by Brandi H who was very helpful and polite. My package arrived later that day and most impressively the book had to be ordered from Amazon marketplace to get the order fulfilled, it still had the receipt inside and I could see that the company took a loss just to ensure I received what I ordered. They could have just as easily cancelled my order and told me it was out of stock, I’m impressed.

Carlos Diaz made me feel really comfortable about moving forward with this company.
