Really excellent company- from start to finish- advice excellent- given the best, honest view that actually was not the most expensive carpet and the service, information on installation times and the fitter was superb.
Cant rate this company highly enough- Charlie & Rob both really care about their customers and it shows with the level of servicem wuality of their products and no doubt one of the very best places to get carpet or wood flooring.

Very professional service
Very professional service. Both Charlie and Rob were approachable, helpful, knowledgeable and greatly helped us to sort out our flooring issues. Their staff were also really good at what they do and carried out the work in an efficient and tidy manner. We will use this service again.

Would recommend you book well in advance as very popular!
Always at the end of the phone if needed, or will get back to you very quickly.
Had a small issue in one small area [not floor layers fault tho.] and they were extremely professional and prompt in dealing with it to full satisfaction. All involved pleasant and professional.

Good service and pleasant and fitted…
Good service, pleasant and Accommodating and carpet fitted very quickly. Would have been a five if we had not found a pull in the hall carpet although it was very small I.e. 1 or 2 strands only and easily repaired.

We had a staircase runner fitted over two floors. The guys knew exactly what they were doing - from initial advise all the way through to installation. Really happy with the final result!
