FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.!!

Abbie was amazing in my recent experience with Hetas.

It was surrounding a complex adjustment to an existing registration and I’d spoken to a couple of other people over a period of 2 weeks and wasn’t really getting anywhere. From the moment Abbie answered the phone she was amazing.! she tracked down exactly what form we needed and went out of her way to make sure we were sorted. Calling through to other departments and briefing different teams on what what’s happening ect calling me back and keeping me in the loop as to what we may / may not need to do. Just extremely helpful from start to finish and sorted things within a few hours for me. I called this morning having not made much progress and at the time of writing this review it’s basically done thanks to Abbie..!

Contacted hetas today to see if they received my certificate of compliance.They got back to me straight away could not fault can take 4 weeks and sent by royal mail

I have been dealing with Julia and Abbie regarding an update of insurance details and adding a member of staff to our CPS registration, prior to our renewal later this month. They have both been extremely helpful and have made this a pleasurable experience. Superb help from Izzie to prompt our installer to register our documents post 4 months of installation- very pleased as it made the installer finally get things sorted

I was ‘chasing’ a certificate for my log burner. The chimney sweep gave me a link to HETAS.
The help and advice I received was above and beyond what I expected.
It transpired my burner was registered to a different organisation.
My contact at HETAS ‘Izzie’ helped me throughout. She south updates, asked if she could help in any way and ‘never gave up’
I did eventually sort my problem out but want to record how amazing, helpful, responsive and professional Izzie was. At 80 years of age this was a daunting thing for me to sort. Thank you Izzie

Just applied for my new Hetas registration, was a bit daunting at first but with the help of Julia and the team it made the whole process straight forward can’t thank them enough , thanks for all help
