Nos tenían que recoger el coche en la estación de tren y ni siquiera se presentaron.

Recomiendo que no contraten sus servicios!!

Contraté el servicio para que me recogieran el coche en Renfe Alicante y no aparecieron. Después me dijeron que me iban a pagar lo que me había costado el parking en la estación (por poco oierdo el tren) y no lo han hecho. Son gente de la que no te puedes fiar.

son unos impresentables, me cobraron limpieza interior y exterior y no la realizaron.
No admiten pago con tarjeta, solo metálico, por lo que creo no declaran los ingresos y dudo mucho que el personal esté en regla.

Returned from a 10 day trip on Nov 6th to find 242km on our car, I was so glad my husband took a photo of the odometer reading before we left.
Dented back bumper, broken center console and we had to change the rear tire as it had a huge lump in it from it probably hitting the pavement.

They said we would be compensated for the damage and gas for km and now nothing, I guess that they thought we would go away quietly.

I paid for secure covered parking and someone obviously took our car and I have no idea what they did to it. Our mechanic said that from the computer it looked like someone took it the night of November 4th around midnight.
Have asked for an explanation or cctv footage and we are just getting fobbed off from a woman called Maria who is supposed to be in charge.

If you want to save yourself some grief just pay the extra for parking at the airport.

Also note that I originally requested the parking service through OK parking and 1 parking is where I received the confirmation from. (Probably the same company).
Still awaiting a response 3 weeks later, have now sent a lawyers letter.

I had an appointment with them today at 2:50 p.m., I was waiting at the Alicante train station and I had to give them my car for 2 days.
I arrived 10 minutes early and called their phone to let them know I had arrived. A lady answered me (she was also talking to someone else from the office) and she told me that I came too fast and that I have to wait.
I asked her to inform her colleagues that she had arrived, but she began to explain that perhaps her colleagues were busy and that she had to wait.
I called again after 10 minutes, the same lady answered, she kept me on the phone for a few minutes to identify the car's details, etc. (anyway, she had ordered it on her website), after which she told me that someone would come... who never came.
The third time he didn't bother to answer, so I ran desperately to park somewhere else and not miss the train.
I would have some comments:
1. Business owners should look for competent people who have heard of what "customer service" means.
2. You probably forget that you will be in a job in 2023.
3. The bathtub would be 0 (zero) stars, I would definitely give it.

Hace dos días reserve el servicio con ellos, y cuando me fueron a devolver el coche me dijeron que se había parado de repente el coche y que lo habían tenido que llevar a empujones, casualidad desde la Av.Aguilera de Alicante hasta un parking cercano abierto, cosa que creo que el coche siempre estuvo aparcado ahí, nunca llego a sus instalaciones. Ya que el motivo de que el coche se parase es que se le había desmontado la llave y las piezas se habían caído por el vehículo incluyendo el chip que hace que el coche arranque. Me echaron la culpa de que la llave la había dado yo rota, cosa que no es verdad sino nunca habría arrancado el coche. Pretendían que si el coche no arranca que me pagara yo un taxi para llegar a mi casa a mas de 50KM y que el importe se lo reclamase luego. A parte del mal trato recibido por el que supuestamente era el encargado y la recepcionista que contestó al teléfono, tengo la sospecha de que el coche nunca salió del parking sin vigilar y sin cumplir las condiciones contractuales que exponen en el contrato. Por lo que pondré la reclamación pertinente para que esta empresa deje de engañarnos como lo hacen.

He reservado con ellos y a la entrega del coche me lo han devuelto bollado en la parte trasera.

No contestan al teléfono, ni responde a los emails. Son unos sinverguenzas, no contraten jamás con ellos.

Desde el día 26 de agosto del 2022. estoy esperando que me reparen un golpe en la puerta del conductor.
He tenido que ponerlo en manos de una Abogada, y seguimos lo mismo, no hacen ni caso. Me han obligado a llevarlos al juzgado.

es he dejado mi coche durante años y estaba muy contenta pero la última vez me lo devolvieron abollado en varias partes y acababa de salir del taller y estaba perfecto. Estoy segura de que lo han utilizado para uso personal ya que dentro encontré un rotulador únicamente utilizado para manualidades. De esto hace 7 semanas y no me arreglan los desperfectos. He llamado y escrito a saciedad y nada. No dan la cara. Estoy muy enfadada. No dejen más su coche allí!!

Después de 3 semanas a la espera de que me contesten a una queja que puse directamente con ellos y no elevarlo sin que fuera justo porque pudiera ser un percance puntual, 0 respuesta.

Explico lo ocurrido:
1. El servicio de recogidad y entrega del coche se hace en el parking del aeropuerto de Málaga lo que supone que si te demoras más de 10 minutos (entrega del coche, verificación, recogida/dejar tus cosas) te toca pagar el parking. Mi caso para evitarlo avisé cuando pasé el control y me tocó esperar más de 30 minutos a que me entregaran el coche.

2. Solicito la tarifa que incluye el servicio de lavado de interior, la cual es un servicio superior al estándar que tienen y cuya diferencia única es el lugar de aparcamiento (imposible de verificar) y que el servicio de lavado interior está incluido. Cuando recojo el coche, el coche estaba de igual modo que lo dejé. Cuando hablo con la persona que está allí me indica que el servicio de lavado de cortesía por lo que el dinero extra que cuesta el servicio, no sé en concepto de qué se lo cobran.

3. El coche tiene un gancho el cual tiene una goma protectora. Esta goma me costó 20 euros y durante dos años la he tenido puesta. 1 semana bastó el coche custodiado por ellos y desapareció el protector. Ya me léi las condiciones y no se hacen responsable de cualquier pieza que no forme parte de la estructura principal del coche ni tampoco del interior del coche. Más allá de reclamarlo, según indica está videovigiliado por si pudieran chequearlo de manera interna al menos para que si fuera uno de sus empleados supiera de que pie cojea pero cero respuesta.

Es la primera vez que hago uso de un servicio de parking en Málaga y está claro que será la última vez con esta empresa.

Servicio pésimo. Nos tiene una hora esperando el coche, de 1 a 2 de la madrugada. Pedimos hoja de reclamaciones y tiene la poca vergüenza de decir que no tienen.

I was a client for more then 2 years (yearly contract). Now I only wanted to extend this contract with three months. I understand you have to pay a little more per month but 4/5 more. But okay they cheated on me but I had no choice. When I gave them the car I got an email that they made a mistake and for this expensive service a couldn't pick-up the car. Only after the period ended. But in the email with the offer they gave me they it would cost 15 euro per pick-up. They also drive around with your car. I was happy with there service. Don't know what changed but I won't recommend them

In 1 jaar tijd heeft dit bedrijf 2 x schade aangebracht aan mijn auto. Op mails wordt niet adequaat gereageerd. Tijd voor een advocaat. Gebruik deze parking niet!! Betaal liever iets meer dan dat jouw auto iedere beschadigd wordt en het lijkt alsof niemand zich hier maar iets van aantrekt. En wel maar elk jaar netjes betalen en mailen. Het betreft mijn volkswagen Polo 1038 LFL.

Left waiting outside for 70 minutes. Called 16 times, the first 20 mins before we arrived. Given every excuse under the sun. Then when it did arrive as we watched it drive up, we were told he’d been sitting there for an hour. Cowboy company.

Reserve plaza bajo techo con lavado exterior e interior,en el aeropuerto de Málaga. Cuando recogí el coche no sólo no lo habían lavado por fuera sino que tenía excrementos enormes en el techo. Puse una reclamación con las fotos tal y Como me comentaron y después de 5 días no he tenido ni una sola respuesta. Creo que ni siquiera lo tuvieron bajo techo. Por que el impacto de los excrementos en el coche es desde una altura considerable no desde dentro de un techo

I have been using this company for 10 years, however after my most recent experience I am so disappointed with the service. We waited for more than 1 hour for my vehicle to be returned this morning around 1.30am. I understand they had only one driver but the telephone operator did not explain this situation. It was extremely frustrating to be kept waiting for so long without explanation or apology. I won’t use them again.

A company that broke new ground in the field of Parking Service. Everything is perfect. They helped me a lot to get to my flight on time. Thanks.

Me arañaron mi coche les mande mil email con las fotografías de mi coche arañado y ni se dignan a contestar son una vergüenza y los pienso denunciar por atentar sobre y moche

Recibí un excelente servicio de estacionamiento. Se aseguró de que tomara mi vuelo en el aeropuerto a tiempo. Gracias.
