El día 5 de junio nos tuvieron en el aeropuerto de Málaga desde las 17,50 en que les avisamos de que ya habíamos recogido las maletas hasta las 18,52, es decir más de una hora esperando el vehículo que nos debían haber traído en 10 minutos. Todo ello viendo que traían coches a otros clientes que llegaban al punto de recogida mucho después que nosotros. La señorita que nos atendía cada vez que llamábamos no pudo ser más desagradable y no nos daba ninguna solución ni ninguna respuesta de porqué no traían el coche. Perdimos una cita médica por su tardanza y encima no nos dieron ninguna explicación de qué pasaba. Somos clientes habituales de esa compañía y no hemos tenido nunca ningún problema cuando dejamos el coche en Renfe de Málaga, pero desde luego lo que nos ha pasado en la entrega del vehículo en el aeropuerto de Málaga y el trato recibido no ha podido ser peor.

Directamente no han aparecido a recoger el coche y después de llamar cuatro veces he tenido q dejar el coche en un parking próximo. No me podía esperar nunca un servicio así. Me alegro q no hayan venido. No se q hubiese pasado con el coche

I wish I'd read Trustpilot reviews before I decided to entrust my car to these lying, cheating cowboys. Like another reviewer, I paid for level 3, indoor parking, but my dashcam revealed it to be clearly parked outside. The deal should have included cleaning inside and out but that didn't happen either and the dashcam revealed the very rudimentary facilities they use. They obviously realized that my dashcam was running so they disconnected it so the next footage was when I was driving it away. I called them from the train coming into Alicante at 20:10 telling them that we would arrive in 13 minutes. The car was not available when we arrived albeit that their instructions say to let them know if you are going to be early or late. After many phone calls, 5 in total, during which they couldn't tell me where the car was but we'd have it in 10 minutes. The car finally showed up at 21:30. The dashcam showed that they didn't even start it up until 21:03 almost an hour after my original call.

My 79 year old wife and I stood on the pavement waiting for our car for more than an hour along with our baggage. These people cared not a jot about that or the inconvenience cause. They also would only accept cash for payment. This we find most unusual in this day and age when people selling magazines and the like on the street have card readers.

Clearly a company not to be trusted !!

Privacy put on car by them (1-parking) / one of staff upon collection straight away. So had no idea where car was for 10 days. When I questioned this , they said they would get back to me. Thankfully, got car back after worrying for the week, there was a mark on car - no idea what it was but they have not responded

El parque que hay donde el museo dalí que aparcan normalmente autocares allí en Figueras, es una vergüenza, son unos auténticos ladrones.
15 euros menos de 2h, pero bastante menos.

Por llegar 15 min tarde, habiendo avisado el día anterior, me cobran 5 euros de más. El día de recogidas tardan 50 min en llevármelo, sin limpieza exterior e interior que es lo que había pagado. Me dicen que si quiero que deje el coche allí y me lo limpian...siendo esto las 00:50... y cómo me voy a casa con los dos niños?. encima despúes de esperar ese tiempo debo pagar 3 euros mas de parking. lamentable.

No le doy menos estrellas porque es imposible, cualquier compañía da mejor servicio. En la reserva de Internet no decía que el pago era SOLO en efectivo. He tenido que andarme todo el aeropuerto y pagar una comisión de 4 euros por sacar dinero mas 3 y medio por el tiempo de recogida del parking. Me pidieron 5 euros de parking por llegar antes y el ticket que me dejan en el que a penas se ve nada indica que fueron tres. De vergüenza

They seriously damaged my wife's car while it was in their care at Alicante Airport, they wrote out a bogus accident report, covered in tipex. They are using under age drivers so our insurance said our policy was void. Even refused to speak to our insurance company!!!

He llamado como 5 veces para reservar, y siempre me dicen que se pondrán en contacto conmigo en unos minutos la persona que hace las reservas en Málaga, pero nadie me ha llamado. Pues mejor, me ha dado cuenta que tipo de empresa es. Como para a ver reservado y que hubiera pasado alguna problema, hay si que no me hubiera ni cogido el teléfono, y ya hasta dudo que se presente a recogerte el coche.

Trabajan a su 100% de esfuerzo y se nota muchisimo, los trabajadores que hay en estra compañia sin duda son los mejores, muy puntuales y respetan siempre al cliente. 5

Me encanta y me encanta no solo como me tratan sino LOS PRECIOS. Es increible como el precio equivale a sus servicios, sin duda la mejor compañia de Malaga 5

El chico que viene a recoger el coche en el aeropuerto de Alicante viene sin el contrato - y el crack me dice que le deje el coche que no pasa nada!
Evidentemente le digo que no y que venga con el contrato para firmarlo - tardan 20 minutos y por tanto hay que pagar parking por la espera, me dice que para reclamar hay que enviar un email. Así hago pero no hay respuesta en una semana...ni creo que la haya.
Por otro lado en teoría me limpiaron el coche pero tiene más suciedad que cuando lo entregué.
En definitiva, estos chicos o rozan la estafa o no dan para más.
Alguien debería denunciarlos de verdad y no sólo por internet, quizás espabilen.

Contrato un servicio con limpieza exterior e interior, el coche se entrega sin limpiar,
Les llamo por teléfono y me dicen que les envíe fotos , lo hago y a 2 enero de 2024 no se dignan a contestar
Me siento estafado venden un servicio y no lo cumplen
No responden a las quejas
Estoy seguro que la propiedad de la empresa no conoce el trato que dan a los clientes
Una pena al principio hace años era una buena empresa

Este fin de semana dejé el coche en la Renfe de Alicante y pagué para que lo limpiaran por fuera y por dentro, lo limpiaron pero también me robaron el dinero que había en el monedero que lleva el coche, una vergüenza que tengan ladrones trabajando en esa empresa

I have given 1 star as not possible to give 0 stars. We had to wait more than the guaranteed 15 minutes to receive the car on pick up. They then told us we had 10 minutes to get out of the car park or would have to pay for the parking. We left straight away but the ticket wouldn't work. When we called they insisted we must have stayed more than 10 minutes which we hadn't and that it wasn't their problem and we had to talk to the carpark who charged us for the parking. By this time it was more than 10 minutes as we had been on the phone so long with 1-parking trying to sort out the problem. The customer service was terrible, they were rude and inisted it was our fault and the problem was not theirs but the carparks. This is the carpark they tell their clients to use!!! Not only did it cost us extra with having to pay for the carpark it also meant we couldn't leave when we wanted and were there for ages trying to sort it out. Not what you want at the end of a holiday when it is late at night and you have a 2 hour drive ahead of you.

I’ve picking up my car , the front bumper was damage, still no solution about how to repair.

I’ve payed for indoor parking but my dashcam registrated that my car was park outdoor. So every time i;’ve parked there the car was outdoor, also father complain about that my car was parked outside they don’t park inside.
Also long waiting for pickup the car father landing. Phone call’s several times called but no response. Father 15-20 minutes lucky that I got somebody on the phone.

1h y 20min les tuve que esperar para que me devuelvan el coche , y cada vez al llamar al atencion al cliente habia que esperar unos 10 min para que te atiendan. La excusa del chofer fué que le acababan de llamar de la oficina ,despues de yo haberles llamado 7-8 veces, aunque fuera asi,porque tiene que esperar a que le llamen si a la hora que concretamos con el el deberia de estar ahi esperandome.

Aa y eso de lavarte el coche es al reves , te lo ensucian y tocan las cosas para que tu vayas a lavartelo.

No consigo entender como existen empresas asi y aun asi facturan ...

I had arranged to collect my car from Malaga on Sunday 10/12 at 19:20. I called from the airport at 19:14 like it said once I had collected my luggage.
My car was finally brought to me in the express carpark at 20:16. There were many people like me waiting in the cold, dark carpark for over an hour. I find this a ridiculous amount of time to be waiting. Bad service - wouldn’t recommend.

Nos dejaron tirados y no nos quieren pagar el parking donde tuvimos que dejar el coche que se comprometieron a pagar.
0 recomendable si no quieres problemas.

Una empresa de impresentables, una autentica estafa, nos fiamos de su palabra porque antes de pagar te dan toda su atención pero luego te tratan como basura, con deudas y ademas no se dignan a darte respuesta aprovechandose de que el cliente no suele emprender acciones legales contra ellos, pero en mi caso se han confundido.
