Well first thing is the first hour you think that that hour for them to work no its them assessing the job, and trying to find a signal to pass back the assessment to headquarters, I am glad the workman did what was expected he was pleasant but did disappear to get supplies, that was 55minutes, all in all will try to get a local plumber next time, word of mouth might have been better with a local, I do have water to my house but the taps work but the initial leak under my kitchen floor is still there and he offered for the company to trace it was £950.00 I assume plus vat.

Really pleased with the service provided. James and Danny were both brilliant — friendly, professional and clearly knew their trade well. They explained everything properly, arrived on time and completed the work to a high standard. It’s refreshing to deal with people who are both skilled and approachable. Would definitely recommend.

Dean is truly a professional whose aim was to resolve the serious blocked pipes. He took the task at hand with hard work, dedication and repeatedly worked until the issue was resolved. He also offered a solution for future in the event the same problem occurs and outline clearly the cost and its effectiveness. I appreciated Dean’s hard work and honest view. Thank you Dean.

Dean came over to fix the pipes under my sink. The pipes were held together by zip ties and we needed the whole thing taken out and re-done. Dean came over assessed the problem and re-did the system.
I am no expert in plumbing but what I do know is that my sink works perfectly, no mess, no hassle. Really simple and easy.
I am grateful to Dean for coming over and doing such a great job.

Excellent service! Dean identified my issue and quickly resolved it. He was punctual, friendly and super efficient.
My dishwasher is now draining perfectly and drain unblocked.

Charlie arrived on time, had figured out the difficult parking, no fuss.

Sorted a temporary fix to stop the leak and an immediate quote to replace the faulty unit. Very efficient.

From my panic call to Homefix, as water was coming through my ceiling. A calm and very helpful Alex helped me. No hard sell. Offered me the same day or the next day. A £20 difference in price. He waited patiently while I hunted for my card and called my husband on another phone. Reassuring me that time wasn't a problem. I had to pay before he came. I felt a very reasonable callout charge of £120 plus VAT for 1 hour's work.
Lee our engineer arrived, a happy and cheerful man who instantly put us at ease. Once he realised this was going to be a huge job. He advised us to call and check that we had the track and access to our insurance. Again he didn't pressure us. Once the job started he was thorough and worked till 10pm. Always happy and helpful. Left the house beautifully clean. We really couldn't recommend him highly enough. He was pure gold 10stars!

Have used then twice for plumbing issues, communication is great and its clear what you will pay before work is done. Last time we had Charlie who was really helpful in explaining the route of issue and solution.

Fast efficient and friendly service. Jackson did a terrific job. He came when he said he would, assessed the problem, kept us fully informed throughout and returned to complete the job quickly and with a minimum of fuss.

Luke Cashin came to my house this morning to fix a blockage in my kitchen. He arrived early and dealt with the problem in the most professional way. He was polite and extremely tidy.

Quick and efficient boiler replacement. Darren managed to get everything ordered and sorted quickly after noticing a fault with my old boiler. He was professional and provided clear options without any pressure.

Booked an appointment with these guys. They asked me for a four hour arrival window, dutifully stayed in the whole time and nobody arrived, when I called them they said they wouldn’t be able to make the appointment but nobody had even bothered to let me know that - useless and a waste of time
