Wow Fantastic Food!

Wow! Such a beautiful place to have Sunday lunch and very tasty too. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Okay on the whole when losing but start winning and you soon get quizzed

Okay on the whole, however they do often over stretch their need to additional documents once you start winning. If you lose they are fine, once you start winning they soon start asking for more and more information. I was even asked about money I spent at a restaurant, why?

AVOID MIDNITE

I am leaving this review to express my deep disappointment and frustration at the multiple failures with technology / software used on the Midnite online casino. The numerous problems acknowledged by your own team during the complaint process yet on the management review all issues are denied.

At this point, I have lost all confidence in MIDNITE as a company. I no longer feel that I can trust the platform, nor do I feel safe placing bets that we actually work. The handling of this matter has been unacceptable from start to finish. Long wait time to hear back from “management”

Given the circumstances, I will be escalating this issue to the Gambling Commission. I also intend to make the wider public aware of my experience by sharing screenshots of the issues I encountered and leaving this one-star review. Online casino can’t be trusted as money is taken but you can’t make selections and you end up losing your money. Recently many players keep getting kicked from the games and losing their cash. MIDNITE even know this and yet still allow it to happen. It is important that potential customers understand how poorly MIDNITE manages both its own conduct and the experiences of its users.
