I was scammed by this company back in 2021. I pre-ordered a toddler bed set that was never delivered, and despite chasing it up, I never received a refund. When I contacted them, they claimed they had gone into administration. I also couldn’t recover my money through the bank as too much time had passed. It was beyond the 120-day limit. It’s now 2025 and I’m still out of pocket. The situation caused me a lot of stress at the time, and I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the same experience. I strongly advise others to avoid this company if you don’t want to risk being scammed.

I recently sent my iPhone 14, which was rated as “pretty good” due to two small scratches on the screen and some marks on the sides. Although the quote I received was higher than most other places, they ended up paying less than Mazuma Mobile would have offered. I could have gotten £280 from Mazuma, but since I’d already sent the phone, I didn’t feel like going through the process again. The turnaround wasn’t bad—I sent it on Wednesday and got paid on Friday. Overall, they tend to quote and pay less than most, but it’s similar to selling through CEX in terms of the final payout.
