I have very sensitive skin and rosacea but Balmonds products have given me the clearest skin I’ve had in years! Their Gentle Face Wash and their Body, Hand & Hair Wash are both amazing products, thoroughly cleaning my skin without making it sore or dry.

One of their products was recalled, so I contacted customer services. They responded very quickly and worked hard to create a solution I was happy with.

Parcel was meant to be delivered 23-26th August, then Yodel claimed there were delays and changed this to the 28th. It hasn’t been delivered and now Yodel aren’t providing a delivery date at all. Customer service are no help and keep telling me “it will be delivered today” and then it never is. Tracking on the app is also useless as it says “your parcel is on the way” and that my parcel has been sitting in the delivery van for days, with no further updates as to what’s going on.
