I have been scammed out of £500 by a company using this platform (the alert group tag ltd, Birmingham) barks response is that they’ve given this company a written warning, so please do not trust bark to help you , they allow scammers to use their platform.

Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking ! Stay well clear . Ryan was due to help me on mon and tues this week. Car problems mon, said he will be here Tues, then tells me his vehicle is having a rebuild to the engine. Said his car will be done by tomorrow!! Really ?? A rebuild ! I’ve asked for a refund to which he’s making me wait till he can do a “bank roll” on Monday. Keeps saying he will come next mon and tues but it’s too late for me. I have no idea whether I will get back my £500 .

Waited 9 weeks for the shower

Waited 9 weeks for the shower, asked for my money back throughout, just got thanked for being patient. Now going through bank to try to get my money back as ponyjet ignoring my emails requesting to send the shower back. Website and products look amazing but no interest in you when your not happy
