I have at least a dozen accounts with Wells Fargo because of convenience, since the bank is across the street from my business. I have had nothing but terrible support from them. Every time I call with an issue they fail to provide suitable solutions. They are rude, unprofessional, and very slow in providing service. This has extremely negative effects on my business. I can see why their rating is 1.3 out of 5 stars. Not show why anyone is still using this bank. I recommend that you use any other bank but Wells Fargo.
