Outrageous customer service
Outrageous customer service. They had taken over £150 from my account, and kept asking me to spend it instead of refunding the full amount.
They then tried to say as Nov, Dec were taken last year they could only refund Jan amounts taken!
Finally got full amount back off them, but seriously unethical tactics from them, never again.

We offer two ways to shop on our website - as a guest or as a VIP member with discounted prices. If you choose the VIP option, you are informed about how the membership works at checkout. You also receive a confirmation email after your first purchase with more information about the VIP membership. As a VIP member, you are not obligated to either buy or pay each month. To keep all the benefits of the VIP membership for free you simply need to log in to your profile between the 1st and the 5th of each month and click on the Skip The Month button. With the Skip option, you can keep your subscription entirely for free.
We apologise for any confusion you had regarding the subscription and are glad that our friendly customer service team resolved your issue promptly.
We hope that you will consider giving us another chance in the future, now that you know how to maintain your VIP membership for free by using the "skip the month" option.
