The only way to get through a message…

The only way to get through a message was to pretend to be a seller
Unfortionately I got scammed and there was no option to talk to support ive already been trying, I finally got through and the conversation was closed with the same information I was fed last time "14 day warrenty period is up .. bad luck"

Bought an account

Bought an account, played it for 2 weeks, spent $50 extra on the account in bonds, account was stolen 15 days after purchase so seller could avoid the 14 day insurance policy, Website infiltrated with scammers, and support claiming they cannot do a single thing

I've contacted support 4 times about a…

I've contacted support 4 times about a bulk order of Windows keys I purchased, which I sold and every customer has come back with this key is already in use

I have not heard a response and are upset with using this company

Deletion of important email and loss of 200USD through Fastmail.com

Unable to pay for the service, I was cancelled and they claim they removed my infomation from the database
I lost 200USD due to this being an important email, I was both unable to pay to "Get my Email out of jail" and therefore I was punished by deletion

Un fuc n real - Truely the most greediest 1st world service I have come across in my 32 years on this universe, Absolute scum

Hi there! As we mentioned in your support tickets, trial accounts lose the ability to send and receive mail if they are not paid for at the end of the trial period. We understand how impactful unexpected data loss can be, and want to balance this with good privacy practices, so we allow for 60 days after a trial ends before destroying data in an unpaid trial account, unless you take action to close the account sooner.

To make sure that you know the trial period is up:

We display a red banner across the screen at the top of your Fastmail account with the message "This account is overdue. Pay now to avoid losing access." The only way to remove the banner is to pay for a subscription plan.

We also send several notices to make sure you know exactly what to expect:
- One day before your trial expires, we send an email reminder, which also lets you know how to choose a subscription plan.
- On the 30th day of your free trial, we send an email reminder to let you know that the trial has expired, and you'll need a paid subscription to continue using Fastmail. This message also lets you know how to subscribe to a paid plan, and how to close your account immediately if you'd prefer to do that.
- Three days later, we send a second email reminder letting you know that "after another week without payment, you will no longer be able to receive mail", and "after 60 days without payment, your Fastmail account may be closed. If you wish to retain your account, you should renew as soon as possible." Again, this message also lets you know how to subscribe to a paid plan and how to close your account immediately if you'd prefer to do so.
- Four days later (one week after the free trial period has ended), we send a third and final reminder with the previously mentioned details.

If there's anything additional that would have helped you recognize that your trial had expired and that payment was required to continue using Fastmail, we'd love to hear more! You can share this with our support team at support@fastmail.com.
