We used Boataround for the first time to book a catamaran for a trip to the Bahamas. A few weeks after booking, we were advised that the boat we had selected would unfortunately not be there on time for our trip, which was very disappointing to us. However, Ekaterina from Boataround worked closely with Navigare Yachting, the charter company, to find an alternative option and we were delighted with the boat they offered as a replacement. Poor service - did not call us as expected a couple of times our alarm went off, so clearly no one monitoring. We have calked and written a number of times to cancel the service and they keep sending us collection letters. Extremely disorganized at best, but more likely dishonest. They should not be in business.

Very quick delivery, even if oversea. Selected the wrong size running jacket (careful, UK sizes on the website) - email was answered the same day, return was easy even from Canada. Re-ordered several items (jackets, gloves, beanies) and all exceed expectations. I feel much safer running at night!
