Destroyed Package

Destroyed an expensive oil painting. Rejected the claim due to “insufficient packaging “. The packaging was fine. It simply didn’t conform to their stipulations (which are only there so they can reject any claim that doesn’t comply exactly).

It must have taken a real effort to ruin my painting. Complete lack of care. And they promised to deal with the claim in 30 days and failed there also.

If you need to send a parcel try anyone else (with the exception of Evri).

Beyond Useless

Never had a parcel delivered at stated time. On this occasion a 2 day delivery is now 5 days and counting. When they do deliver they usually leave our parcels on the footpath (and we live in the centre of town. Or they hurl them over the wall, fragile or not. After that there usually some false claim made about the success of the delivery.
If I know in an advance a vendor uses Evri I don’t buy for them. It’s not worth it.

Great Customer Service

Not only is this a great product but it’s matched by their customer service. Had an issue with delivery and they went out of their way to help. Excellent.

No Returns

Wrong Product. Ordered folic acid and was sent a pregnancy formula containing folic acid. No return policy means I’m stuck with it.

Great Products Outstanding Service

Great Products Outstanding Service.

Started with their folic acid, then CoQ10 and Omega 3s. As I run out of other supplements I’ll be switching over each supply to Ethical Nutrition.

Orders are always delivered promptly and when one order went missing due to an issue with Royal Mail they couldn’t have been more helpful.

Same rip off as others here

Same rip off as others here. Rolled over my subscription without my permission. Then, by the time I’d noticed, they said I wasn’t eligible for a refund. Highway robbery.

Inaccurate Delivery Time

Inaccurate Delivery Time

Delivery was supposed to take 3-4 days. 7 days later I’m still waiting. Good response to initial enquiry. Have requested a refund, but so far haven’t had a reply.

Please check your emails as I emailed you this morning to confirm that a refund would be processed, which it already has been.

Unfortunately in this case it is the couriers which have let us both down. They cannot seem to trace your package, which was dispatched in good time to reach you in 3-4 days. We send tens of orders per week and they reach our customers within the stated time frames.

Item Missing

Ordered two Lifesystems mosquito repellent sprays, but due to a system fault only received one. Received an apology which is fair enough, but I still have to source another spray. Wouldn't use again.
