called to ask about my phone , customer service doesn’t know nothing about it ( ask me to Wait 48h and would call me back ) never happened…
almost 2weeks and no information about my phone , they dispatch my phone twice without informing me , no text no email , which lead me to miss the delivery date and time.
Called today and customer service know nothing and ask me to wait another 48h because they need to escalate the case .
As my phone was dispatched twice (I only now this beacause I have 2 Dpd cards on my mail box , I asked the customer service lady what was fixed , and she replied “I don’t know “ . How she doesn’t know? How she has no information about my device but asked me to provide my case number and there’s no information about my device ??
I need my device as I work with it and it’s been delaying my work and giving me stress and headache. I am very furious with this company. Wouldn’t recommend it to nobody!!!
