Bought trousers from Your J & S Accessories Ltd, but they were too small. The product page doesn’t mention they run small or are tight at the waist, and another customer review confirms this.
When I requested a return, the company refused to pay for return postage. As soon as I opened a PayPal dispute, the company blocked me from buying again, claiming I attempted fraud. PayPal covered the return postage and resolved the issue.

I am furious with Vinted’s handling of my case. I purchased items advertised as new, but they arrived used, discoloured, and full of bobbles. The seller admitted the items were not new and even suggested the bobbles could be removed—but Vinted sided with them anyway.

Despite clear evidence that the items were misrepresented, Vinted forced me to pay for the return postage. This is not just unfair—it’s outrageous. Vinted showed no concern for their customers, no willingness to investigate properly, and no sense of accountability.

I trusted Vinted as a safe marketplace, but this experience proves they prioritize sellers over honesty and customer protection. I will never use Vinted again and will warn others to stay away.

Avoid this company – deliberately misleading and unethical!

I ordered parts to use with OEM components, but what I received were slimmer-than-standard and completely unusable. The company knew this but failed to inform me. When I questioned compatibility, they dismissed me and blamed me. After returning the items, they refused a full refund and withheld 20% as a “restocking fee”, even though the fault was entirely theirs.

This company misleads customers, refuses responsibility, and ignores basic consumer rights. Do not trust them under any circumstances.

l ordered JT sprockets,received cheap Chinese for the price of original JT & the company refuses to accept their "mistake"(l don't think it was a mistake,they tried to scam me).
Before I ordered the JT sprockets I sent them the picture of JT sprocket to make sure l get what I order.
They confirmed it.
After 2-3 days received cheap Chinese sprockets & they tried to full me saying they are original JT sprockets.
Now, they are even refusing to pay the return postage even though on their website it says;
"Supermotodaz will cover the cost of postage of any product returned deemed faulty or damaged".
