Stay well clear of Repaircare

I booked a gas oven repair with Repaircare on 12th November with the first scheduled visit for 14th November. No one turned up.
They rescheduled me for 18th November — again, no engineer arrived.
They rescheduled yet again for 26th November, and unsurprisingly, no one turned up for the third time.

I am a taxi driver and have lost three working days because of this company’s constant failures. Their communication is non-existent, their reliability is appalling, and they have shown zero respect for their customers’ time.
Repaircare is the most incompetent repair company I have ever dealt with in the United Kingdom.
They have wasted my time, cost me money, and failed to provide the service I paid for.

PLEASE STAY AWAY.

Plus they have lots of hidden charges please be aware
