Can no longer hide profile or suspend membership and full of fake profiles

having met someone, I wanted to suspend or at least hide my profile which was allowed. There is even a help topic on how to do this.

This has now been removed and you have to hide your profile per person, and you have to ‘upgrade’ at a cost of course to use the feature.

The website is also full of fake profiles, on my third ‘lady’ in Russia who has joined so she can come to thed UK to find love!!!

Will not be renewing membership

Complete scam

Should have received cashback from BT but topcashback claim it wasnt recorded.

Twice now they have declined cashback, complete rip off.

Place is relying on hosting the Ryder…

Place is relying on hosting the Ryder cup in 2002, shame the place doesn’t appear to have been updated since then.

Impossible to park and state of carpark is worse than a dirt track

No lights in the evening

Overpriced

Ignorant staff who think they are better than everyone else

Constant spamming of emails

4 times I have unsubscribed from there constant spamming of my inbox with multiple emails per day

They simply ignore any request to stop.

Have reported them to the ICO so hopefully this will stop them.

Can’t rely on trustpilot reviews. They take more notice of companies that pay them and delete unfavourable reviews

Pesto in Sutton Coldgield

Came without a booking and place was very busy but they found us a table.

Waitress was great and quick drinks, advised 20 minute wait for food and was spot on.

Quality of food was excellent, particularly for non meat eaters

Would recommend and will definitely be going back.

Staff in Redditch store completely uninterested to the point of being rude. Had to wait for a manager to come over and when she did there was no contact and just huffed because I wanted a credit note

Bought Tomtom camper and it doesn't…

Bought Tomtom camper and it doesn't work, item is less than 6 months old, tomtom confirmed it was still under warranty but as a 2nd user, they are refusing to fix it.

Whole process has been slow and difficult, the chatbot cannot understand simple requests and customer service just ignore you

Website asks on every page if it has been helpful which is really annoying

Had a Garmin before which was excellent but outdated, will now go and buy another Garmin and get proper customer service

Cash converters Southport are…

Cash converters Southport are completely incompetent.

I purchased a tv box and it came with the wrong adapter so i arranged to return it but cash converters refused to arrange collection or provide a pre paid returns label.

I paid for the return postage and was the told to send my bank details by email which i was not happy to do. Was then told they would send me a postal order!

A week later and despite the store being chased by head office, they still haven’t paid me for the postage.

Will never buy from them again.

Place very tired and worn out

Place very tired and worn out. Played golf and the greens are the worst I have ever seen. Staff don’t care and to top it off had a coke in the bar and was charged £4.60, absolutely disgusting rip off

Bar was empty at 1.00, not surprised, just looks untidy and dirty.

Sky stream customer service

Took out Sky stream, opened box and it was obvious the ‘puck’ was a previous customer return.

Plugged it in and set up okay. 10 minutes later remote stopped working, and puck kept turning off and on. The puck has no buttons so impossible to use without the remote. Went through the pairing and unpairing process and it couldn't even see the remote to pair

Went on line and chatbot asked what the problem was, kept asking me what service I had and it couldn't understand sky stream!

Asked to speak to customer service rep and it kept telling me i had to tell it what the problem was first. At third demand to be put through to a human, it eventually agreed and said it would send me a text message with a link to customer service and hung up on me.

Clicked the link and it took me straight back to the chatbot, you couldn't make it up.

Found phone number and put through to india and had to verify who i was before being put through and then had to go through verification again, by someone who didnt speak english and kept asking for the last 4 digits of my bank account number which i refused to provide.

He eventually changed and said it should be last 4 digits of my debit card. By this time i had given up and asked to be put through to the cancellations team which he refused until i demanded his name and to speak to his manager. He then transferred me.

For the third time i had to go through verification and they agreed to cancel and refund the setup fees.

without doubt the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced

No after sales support

No after sales support. I don't have proof of purchase as it was a gift. Support don’t care, just told me to go online and source spare parts myself.

Cabinets are quite poorly put together which you get when you see how lightweight they are.

They take 3 days to respond to any emails so the whole process of being told they wont help has taken over 3 weeks.

After complaining they finally agreed to sell me a replacement board at a cost of 125 dollars, 50 for the board and 75 shipping

As they sell these games in the UK they should supply parts from the UK avoiding a ridiculous shipping cost.

If you are thinking of buying a pinball machine, search reviews first, these machines are constantly going faulty which indicates a design problem but they do not care.

Incompetent staff tamworth

Staff ignorant, chatting instead of serving customers, prioritising people in the collection line ignoring anyone who wants to pay there and then

Running around like headless chickens

Argos is a shambles since Sainsburys bought them

Usually buy from Amazon now as Argos never have the stock like they used to so easier to get Amazon to deliver, quicker and cheaper. Popped in today as they were on the shopping park and after queuing for 14 minutes and being ignored walked out

They don’t even come out to appraise…

They don’t even come out to appraise the property. Was told they only do virtual appraisals now and I had to go round the property with FaceTime or WhatsApp on my phone for her to see the inside.

What they don’t tell you is that the liability for mistakes on measurements etc then lies with me, not them and I can be sued.

Vastly undervalued the property as they just want a quick sale

If they can’t even be bothered to come in person and appraise the property I have no faith in them. I won’t be by using purple bricks to sell the house.

Based on recent sales which have been in a different county as we border 3 local authorities and are in the ‘nicer’ area.

You have ignored my comment re the legal position for incorrect measurements when you don’t come out, can you answer this point please.

Vegan sausage breakfast roll is…

Vegan sausage breakfast roll is disgusting

On the rare occasion they can be bothered to cook them, they put them in sealed plastic bags and in a heated cabinet so the moisture builds up and turns the roll into a soggy mess. Do they not know how to treat food?

If you try and buy a vegan sausage roll they are always cold because they don’t sell many but still insist on cooking a whole tray at once meaning they then sit there for hours going cold

complete rip off £5 for a cold drink

Hate Starbucks because of the impersonal use of giving your name and if you don’t you are made to feel stupid.

However was asked to meet a friend there so had no choice, until we saw they wanted £5 for a cold drink. Had already downloaded the app and you have to spend £50 to get a free drink which makes sense when you realise they are charging £5 for one drink. Place was empty which is not surprising at those prices.

Complete rip off, we left and went to an independent local cafe.
