I've been here a couple of times before and wanted to see what it'd be like to work there when my part-time hours became available.

In short, applied to a position, had a promising phone conversation with a nice person, was recommended to bring my CV in and send it via email, of which I did both. I then called up the next day and I was told that they are waiting a couple of extra days because they'd like to have more applications being submitted before they begin processing them. So I called up two days later, as requested, and they told me, "we're not hiring". Not even a "sorry we hired someone else"

Thanks for wasting my time, guys. I'll make sure to never visit one of your branches.

In hindsight, I should have looked at your reviews on Indeed because if I had, I never would have bothered to apply.

This website needs taking down.

The overreaching censorship, the warnings of you breaking rules that you didn't break, the social credit score voting system, Reddit is literally contributing to the social degradation of our society, and it needs to be taken down. Very few social media has caused the level of harm this platform does.

Do not send heavy metal items

For heavy and dense metal items exporting/importing in the UK, don't use ParcelForce or as they use the Royal Mail network.

The reason why, is they don't have the equipment to scan the dense metal items. The main postage service of the country doesn't have the ability to scan packages that FedEx or DPD or DHL do. Which is clown levels of stupid and ridiculous.

I had to put in my password to login, TWICE... THEN have to put in a code from an email just to be able to send a refund to the buyer. Fck off with this bullshit time wasting design

Worst mistake I ever made moving to EE

Worst mistake I ever made moving to EE. The addon prices for data are extortionate, the app is full of junk and is glacially slow.

And to top it off, the network isn't reliable. I don't get at all reliable ping, which is the entire effing reason I joined.

I'm not going to spend too long writing this, the 1.2 rating is still too high. Their customer support people are unbelievably clueless. I had to explain the basic concept of a handle being included in the overall length to one of them after they said it was an "accessory", when it was a one piece metal forged item lol

Delayed my parcel pointlessly

In short, I had a parcel that was due for delivery on a Saturday, I checked my emails and there is one from Royal Mail saying "there has been a request not to deliver to this address today"

I made no such request. When I called up their helpline at 10am on a Saturday morning, after waiting 15 minutes I got through to someone who managed to find out that my parcel was delayed because the address was a business address and they "often dont want deliveries on the weekends". The business in question is open on weekends... and no such request was made. The next available delivery date online to select was Wednesday, and the item was received by RM on Friday. 4 extra days of delay for nothing.

Excellent service

Ordered a pint jar of chlorophyl, was dispatched within an hour. Arrived 2 days later and packed incredibly well, with plenty of bubble wrap. Top notch service, and good prices too

Decent booking site, most of the time..

provides a decent booking service. One thing I suggest to keep in mind, do not book through UPS on the website. Majority of the time the label fails to generate and you have to waste time chasing a postage refund

Background removal needs more work

The background removal tool is handy for simple tasks. For more complicated stuff where you switch from automatic to manual and back again its simply unusable. It will constantly revert changes you did in manual, or if you are trying to get an automatic removal of a certain portion of the image it will reprocess the ENTIRE f***ing image all at once, messing up what you had done in manual.

We/I need a way to have the automatic removal part be applied only to a certain area and not overwrite the changes ive made in the manual. Currently, its frustrating as f*** to use for anything that nears the realm of graphical work instead of simple background removal

Fraudulent Claim Reject

Rejected my claim because the courier didnt provide a document showing proof of collection, despite the fact the collection was booked through P2G, and it is showing up on the tracking. £90 item and £30 of postage down the drain.

Stay away from this scamming website unless you have no other choice.

I've had 10+ years of useful tools from them

I've used IObit programs for going on ten years now.

The uninstaller, smart ram, system care, driver booster, etc etc

All of their tools have proven massively useful to me.

The uninstaller especially as I just adore how brutal and merciless it is in uninstalling whatever the thing is. Perfect for uninstalling MS Edge browser which starts in the background (as can be seen in the task manager) and doesnt allow you to uninstall it by default. It even goes digging into the registry and straight up moIests the program you were uninstalling by removing all traces of it. I just love that part.

The only reason I'm dropping a star is the annoying as fk popups, and the dodgy installation process where they set the "cancel" button to continue instead of cancel. Essentially trying to trip you up if you dont want to install other programs like their VPN during installation, or if you're trying to uninstall one of the programs. IObit, remove that annoying ass design and I'll give you 5 stars.

Support wastes your time

I emailed support about trying to register my device to seek out a repair for flashing blue lights and not heating up. I was begun to be given the run-around, and I quickly cut the conversation short as I can smell bullcrap when it's being sent into my inbox.

Im short, it appears they'll do everything under the sun to avoid honouring the warranty they so boldy advertise. Do not use this company, or any other that behaves in such a manner.

excellent support

I work for an online seller. Packlink are the "middle man" between us and the couriers, they are excellent. I've had too many good experiences with them doing a great job at getting resolutions to lost parcels etc to not leave a 5 star review. Keep on truckin' Packlink

Useless customer support.

Long story short, I had two parcels that had a surcharge of £3+ applied to them.

One was claimed as weighing 1.3kg+ when the item plus packaging weighed around 300 grams

The other was even more ridiculous, I'll just paste the email snippet below for you to see what I had to deal with

"the actual dimensions exceed the maximum for the Evri Drop-off Postable Service ( 35 X 23 X 3 cm).

Evri Drop-off have measured your parcel as 22 X 15 X 1 cm"

When in customer live chat the person flat-out ignored trying to resolve the first one, and the second one they said

"it exceeds with the required dimensions for the parcel they have added a charge to your parcel. Is there anything else I can help you with today?"

Up until now, I've had a good experience with P2G customer support. I will no longer be using their website due to the fraudulent attempts by the courier to charge more money and P2G complete nonchalance when I reached out for assistance

10/12/2024 - Replying to the P2G response on this review: I'm past that point. We've already decided to stick with a slightly more expensive option, which the cost had to be passed along to our customer. Too much time was wasted in live chat to do it again, after all.. the definition of insanity is constantly repeating an action and expecting different results.

Refusing to follow the prompt

Used it a small amount so far to generate a few videos from a still image, it's not awful, but it's refusing to follow the prompt of a static camera shot without any warping of the visuals, so another disappointment with AI video generating. Tech just isn't there, not worth paying for currently

Only useful for basic prompts

Long story short I tried out the free version so I could see if the tech is there enough to be worth paying for. It's not.

It generated completely unrelated prompts to what I typed. It's pretty cool we are getting to the point of being able to generate good video visuals with AI, but the fact is it's not just there yet. Think Windows 98 levels of advanced, best off waiting till it gets to Windows 7 or higher.
