Pretty sure I got scammed of my tax

Pretty sure I got scammed of my tax, they kept calling and emailing me when I wasn't signing the document to come on board (literally 3 times a day for 2 weeks) because I was making my mind. Once I did tho they ghosted me, I texted called emailed no response whatsoever. You are warned!

Scammed of £7

This was the first time I ordered from crucial and probably my last, although the products (SSD) were delivered to me, but they were delivered in the time frame of the normal delivery window (14 days) which was free, whereas I paid for a fast delivery (2-4 days) and paid an extra £7 for it. On getting the issue raised with their customer care department their attitude was non serious and he wasn't even apologetic. Basically I was scammed of £7 and for a company this big and an amount so small it raises big red flags, enough for myself to refrain from ordering in future and to warn others.
