Bought a voucher for a dining…

Bought a voucher for a dining experience when I came to book the experience was no longer available. Spent over an hour on a text chat to try and resolve. But to no avail. Unable to get a refund and the experience is still being advertised on their website

Tried to contact them to return lights…

Tried to contact them to return lights and get a refund. Tried calling emails. Eventually paid for a tracked return. Which was sent back to me as no occupants at the address listed. Tried everything to contact them but still can’t get a refund. If they read this please contact me. I would advise people not to buy any products from them

Courgette seeds turned out to be white goose seeds (invasive weed).

Good afternoon,

As per our Email conversation, white goose is not a seed we sell, now or in the past. It is physically impossible for you to be sent this seed instead of courgette. Simply put, this has been introduced at your location and has absolutely nothing to do with us.
