Bought a voucher for a dining experience when I came to book the experience was no longer available. Spent over an hour on a text chat to try and resolve. But to no avail. Unable to get a refund and the experience is still being advertised on their website
DO NOT BUY AN EXPERIENCE FROM THEM

Tried to contact them to return lights and get a refund. Tried calling emails. Eventually paid for a tracked return. Which was sent back to me as no occupants at the address listed. Tried everything to contact them but still can’t get a refund. If they read this please contact me. I would advise people not to buy any products from them

Ordered a selection of vegetable seeds
Courgette seeds turned out to be white goose seeds (invasive weed).

Spa facilities limited to hot tub and sauna
Any more than 6 people and you cannot use any facilities. 12 people were booked in
Food was good

Wrong item was in the locker. Not what I ordered and not what the buyer sent
