Absolute joke of a company.

Absolute joke of a company.
I have been out of contract with them for some months, email me to tell me they are putting up the price on my account!!!
Was originally told my bill would be £16 per month, with this so called increase it was set to cost me £38 per month.
So decided to contact 02 to obtain. My PAC code, after 5 transfers to people and then being hung up on, got told couldn’t do it for me ????
Direct debit cancelled, now using a different supplier for £10 per month .
Staff are rude, unhelpful and arrogant.
Avoid at all costs.

My wife passed away

My wife passed away, she had a pension with Scottish Widow’s.
They have informed me that the pension, is due to come to me in a lump sum.
However nothing paid out!!!
All I get from them is delay after delay.
Promised fast payout rather than their usual 10 working days, nothing.
Promised a call back at a set day and time, nothing !!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY.
Scottish Widows you should be ashamed of yourselves, and anyone working for us this company, how can you work for such disgraceful people.

I would give a zero if possible.

I would give a zero if possible.
Worst company I have ever worked for.
They offer a partnership, then charge you for everything.
You end up with no money to employ staff, end up working 12-14hrs a day, every day.
For instance if a burger patty goes out of date or gets over cooked. They charge you the full retail price for it !!
Or a £20 bottle of spirits gets taken, you are charged £160-£180 for this alone.
Complete joke of a company, who refuse to spend any money on revamping the old run down properties.

They are a complete joke, always over charging, constantly calling and emailing.
Would not recommend ever.

I would rate them zero if possible.

I would rate them zero if possible.
Ordered a tracksuit from them, only received the top no trousers.
Contacted boohoo, told would receive a 50% refund!!!
We will see if this arrives or not, however I have no use for a top without the trousers, this was as a gift for my son. now need to buy another one from a proper company.
Do not buy from these people!!!

Not very positive experience

Placed my order with next day delivery.
Ordered a tracksuit, only top arrived.
Reported straight away, was told will be investigated but won’t be very quick.
Not to message anymore as it would slow down customer services actions.
Very angry wish I had checked them out first, before placing an order.

Complete rubbish

Complete rubbish, nothing like advertised.
Do not buy from these clowns.
Returns are a joke, will cost more than the items did.
