Avoid, I took on this policy and later decided to sell my car. However, it was still on the 14 day cooling off period. I was misled by Tesco terms to charge a £25 cancellation fee. When I phoned them to cancel a few days ago they told me that I have 3-4 more days to decide and suggested waiting. I called today as today is the final day of the 14 days to cancel and I am just being told that they charge per day of cover and haven’t come across updating their terms and conditions online. I find this very misleading as I wasn’t told this prior to agreeing to take on this policy or even when I first phoned to cancel a few days ago instead was just encouraged to stay on more just to be told I would be charged £75 hidden cost.

I’m not the type to leave reviews, especially bad ones but wanted to bring awareness regarding this. My partner and I decided to dine here (Estabula Leeds) for his birthday, however, the manager then came over and to our surprise started accusing us of smelling like weed which I was really confused about because we’re not smokers (I’ve never once smoked in my life), he continued suggesting that we should step outside ‘for some fresh air and come back in afterwards’’. I responded by saying that what he’s actually spelling is ‘’ Dior Sauvage perfume which I don’t believe smells like such, my partner continued asking him would he approach everyone in the restaurant if to his belief smelled of such? Or even asked to step out if they smelled bad or smelled like cigarettes?. He was embarrassed and later realised that he was mistaken and apologies, I told him it was okay because I was uncomfortable when truly it wasn’t. We were so traumatised, still am of such an experience, especially coming directly from a manager himself, couldn’t move we barely ate anything. Nevertheless, the manager covered the bill which we appreciate but such an experience can’t compare to just sorting out a bill. I've visited this place many times but as nice as the food was, we won’t be coming back to experience such discrimination.
