Don't go near them.
Never even started my proper subscription due to the extremely poor delivery times and ignorant customer services.
I waited 2 weeks for my trial pack of 10 lenses to arrive (yes 10 lenses even though the customer service agent told me it was 10 PAIRS, even when I questioned if that was correct). They didn't arrive after 1 week so I contacted them and they said they would dispatch another set. I waited another 5 days and after nothing turned up, I emailed them 5 times over the course of 2 days with no response at all, apart from 1 person sending me a text message (?) at 8pm saying my order would "probably be delivered tonight". Once I had the chance, I called their customer service and decided not to even look into it and just said 'sorry', which then prompted me to request a refund on the shipping you have to pay on the trial. The agent said that 'it is against Waldo policy to give a refund on the shipping' - so they tried to deny me a refund for me paying for something I never even came close to receiving! Thankfully I didn't let it slip and she eventually gave me the refund. Yes it's only £2.95 but I refuse to pay for anything I haven't received, and the service I received just made me more determined to claim it. I cancelled my Vision Express subscription to change to Waldo due to the (clearly fake) reviews I saw online & advertised.
I regret going anywhere near this company and I would warn anyone against them.
