Smooth from start to finish
Smooth from start to finish! Booked an mrcp . I was rang by Mr Bell and offered an appointment later that afternoon. The clinician rang me not long after. Had the scan at Preston Fatima Centre mobile mri. The lady was very friendly. Had the scan Tues afternoon, received an email Wed afternoon to say they had my report back which they were reviewing and received the report this morning (Thurs). Absolute fantastic turnaround. My report picked up a anonomaly which other scans haven't and now completely explains other results. Very reassuring. The only thing I would pick up on is you book an app date but don't get that date when your confirmation booking comes through which may not be good if you can't make that date. Luckily I ended up getting the same date after all as there was a spot free. Would recommend.

Awful after care
We had over a six hour delay on our return flight . I put in a complaint regarding the lack of info provided by Tui staff while being stuck in a Majorca airport for over 7 hrs and received a call on the 25th July to tell us we would receive expenses of 65 pounds (for airport meal and seats we had booked that we didn't get) . We were then told we would receive 200 pounds each in holiday vouchers totalling £400. The 65 pounds were paid in on 31st July but not the vouchers so I sent a polite email asking when would we receive these. Received a phone call today from a lady called Storm who told us we would not be receiving any, they have no record to say we would and we don't qualify for them. She also asked if I had any paperwork to which I answered no surely you would provide the paperwork. She said there is no evidence of this being granted to which I asked "are you calling me a liar?" She even named the woman whom I spoke to for 11 minutes so she must have asked her if she said this?? It's not me who is lying! Surely this lady Geraldine said yes I told them about the vouchers. Also aren't all calls recorded?? I ask that the recording is listened to. I even reiterated at the end of the convo "so we will receive 200 pounds each in hol vouchers?" to which she replied "yes" .I will be taking this further. We spent 3,562 on a Marella Cruise and were definitely planning more. Probably twice a year with Tui. Not now ...you have soured our experience and for the sake of 400 pounds you are losing out on over 7,000 a year we would have happily paid. We have been made to feel like liars and your side of the agreement has not been honoured. Very disappointed. Left a glowing post on fb too...what a shame Tui! Robert.
UPDATE: excuse me Tui we didn't 'believe' we were going to receive the vouchers we were TOLD. Also there was no 'confusion' on our part we were told specifically! Also don't tell me you will forward my comments to the appropriate depts to continue improving quality ...EDUCATE and reprimand your staff for giving out false info and promises. Will never use again.

Health scan
Had an upper abdominal scan at Preston. Sonographer Mr J Hassan was very friendly and put my mind at ease and spent a lot of time on the area I was worried about. Think the receptionists name was Judy who was lovely. I managed to book a scan for the next day! I always use this place and would recommend it.

Mri Scan
I was initially happy as I booked an abdomen mri online and I was rang back quickly both by Scan.com and the scanning site (Preston). Got an app within 3 days! The people who did the scan were very friendly. When I was finished they told me that I would receive the reports in around 7 days up to 10 and that the scan would be looked at initially and if nothing wrong then that would be the time frame and that no news is good news. I waited patiently for the results secure in the knowledge no news is good news. After 10 days I still hadn't received the results and it was going to be weekend the day after so I emailed them. I received a reply immediately saying they had not received the scan from the scan site and were chasing it. Weekend went by still nothing. Waiting again but also thinking well nothing must have come up. Thursday came it had now been 16 days!! I emailed again and received a reply saying they had received the report and had contacted the clinician to reach out to me. The next day 17 days after I received a call off the clinician and then the results! Two uncertain abnormalities were found and was advised to go back to my GI. This is not acceptable. I have asked for a partial refund but this has not been addressed. I chose this company for fast results and everything I was told and paid for involving the results did not happen. For people with health anxiety like myself who pay money ..335 pounds.. for me I am very disappointed. I have had results quicker using the NHS . I will be following this complaint up.

Very easy to use. Able to swap experience easily or change days . Company very responsive to emails. My experience was cancelled to due low numbers and I was refunded immediately. Tashreeqah was very helpful thankyou.
