Extremely disappointed with LA Muscle. My account was blocked without warning or explanation, despite me never committing fraud or abusing refunds.
The only times I contacted support were for crystallised creatine that made me feel unwell and paying £12.99 for next-day delivery that arrived two days late. Apparently, raising legitimate issues is enough to get your account blocked.
To make it worse, when I called customer service, the agent Maziar claimed he had no idea and said it was handled by a “different team.” Thirty minutes later, I received an email about the block — signed by him. Completely dishonest and unprofessional.

Been trying to cancel them for months now and still they charge me and sent 2 or 3 times new broadbands and sent new engineers to come and fit my WiFi ..are you serious ? Also they were opening and closing new contract without my premision and then they stopped my wifi and sent week after new broadband..I don't want you!!! Not anymore, you are horrible and the worst company ever. Anyone can help how to end it ? Police ? Court ?
