The suppliers do try their very best to deliver all orders within the expected time, however sometimes delays are unavoidable.
We are sorry to hear that you had difficulty in contacting our Customer Service Team. This is not the level of service we like to provide to our customers, and we do take Customer Service very seriously. We are experiencing very high levels of contact currently on the telephones and via email and we try our hardest to respond to all customers in a timely manner. After years of use I’d never go back
Used pmt for years, always had good service from knowledgeable staff.
Seems to not be the case now, In store couldn’t be less interested in the customers, once we had made the purchases they messed up the finance and then the fight to get the overcharged money back was ridiculous, 1 of us still yet to receive it over a week after, plus aggressive manor from them as-well will mean I never shop there again.
