We recently used Smith & Friends in Darlington to let our property. The service we received was exceptional. The staff were professional, efficient, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Lee in particular went over and above his duties by ensuring we were fully informed regarding all potential applicants. They found us a tenant quickly and handled everything with excellent care and attention. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Smith & Friends in Darlington due to their excellent professional service and great customer service. Thank you all. Sue Walker

TUI are a complete disgrace! Misleading hotel description, clueless reps in resort and appalling customer service and then when you complain it’s not their fault. Disgusting and disgraceful and couldn’t care less about their customers. Looking forward to seeing TUI change their description of this hotel and apply some honesty.. we are furious at the lack of ownership and truth! £100 voucher because you can’t train your staff properly and expect me to video children in the pool and people knocking into you at breakfast, you should be ashamed of yourselves, greedy, don’t care company and no ownership of totally misleading lies

Very easy to use, quick turnaround for results - less than 2 hours and more cost effective than going to pharmacy or doctor in holiday resort. Would definitely recommend.
Absolutely fantastic customer service. One of the items I received was scratched, replaced with no fuss whatsoever. Fabulous quality plate rack, so good ordered another shelf unit and will definitely be recommending to family and friends. Thank you Melody Maison
