Ordered 3 weeks ago and haven’t heard anything since! Funnily enough, suddenly there’s a banner on the site explaining delays in dispatch…not there when I ordered nor for about a week after so clearly they’re trying to now claim this is the issue.
If you try to email the customer services email it bounces back. The website has clear areas where information is missing also which shows the website has not even been edited/built properly.
Really, really poor service.

I turned up at the garage and after confirming the booking that morning to be told they had never confirmed/accepted it. This is a recurring issue whereby AA confirms with the customer even if the garage don’t accept the job! Nightmare. Plus I was not told by the garage when I had to pick up the car. I received an email after I had done this to state that the car was ready two hours prior?! Just book with a garage and save the hassle!
