Great service, quality products and good prices.
Needed some replacement filters for a number of ducted air conditioning units. Existing filters were standard cardboard cased filters which caught and tore when trying to remove them from the units and were getting difficult and expensive to find.
Quick email conversation with James and custom made pad holding frames (complete with G4 pads) were ordered for not a lot more then I was paying for cardboard cased filters. Great service, from ordering to delivery was 3 days. Perfect fit and now I can easily pull the filters without risk of tearing the cardboard case of the old ones and simply replace the filter pad.
Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Huge range of batteries. Purchased a replacement leisure battery and new charger. Battery size restricted by location but still a large choice available. Almost too many chargers to choose from.

The actual Big Hug is a well-made, comfortable product, what lets it down is the abysmal battery life. The web site implies that the battery life is good enough for several hours, 3 according to the details on the battery but it isn't. If you're lucky you may get 2.5 hours out of the standard battery on Low.
It also states that you may want to order it with the larger battery "Tip: Are you travelling and will be on the road for a long time? Then choose the larger battery when ordering, or buy an extra one!" well you can't as that isn't an option when you order it and the larger battery is apparently not available to UK customers. You can buy a 2nd small battery in the UK but not the larger one and you can't order it from the EU site.

Yet again another quick and easy purchase.
Needed to rebuild a 2nd hand laptop. Whilst It had a genuine Windows 10 Pro licence installed it was a Volume licence and the base install had been installed in Chinese (2nd hand Huawei). Wanted a genuine retail licence for the rebuild to ensure a Windows 11 upgrade would run cleanly. Suddenly an email from Lizosoft appeared, perfect timing, genuine Win 10 Pro retail licences at a great price, and you know it's not a cracked key from a dodgy eBay seller. Purchased at 7PM, licence key in my inbox the following morning. Definitely my go to for MS licences.
