I’ve taken time to review my experience of contacting Virgin Media to end a contact before a price hike took place. Cancel at anytime is the narrative. (A falsehood). Give yourself 3 month's before contract renewal as you can expect the most difficult, broken and expensive borderline corrupt system to navigate. 30 day disconnect notice period this needs replacing. Contradictory information.
In fact after reading reviews and some negative reviews I’m wasting time reviewing.
I have decided it was an experience thousands more people will share. Surely it can’t get any worse. Can it?
