Ordered a product on next day collection

Ordered a product on next day collection. Was informed of dispatch to local store. Followed by a message informing of delay. Almost a week later still no sign.
Tried tracking with no success and was redirected to my account. Tried to log in without success. Tried to change password even though I hadn't forgotten my existing one. Instructed to use 6-12 characters. Tried to use 10 and it wouldn't accept last character. Also there is no option to view what has been input.
Probably the worst Internet site I've ever used.
And still no idea when I will be able to pick up my purchase.

Try to get a credit from Lizosoft for…

When I ordered software from Lizosoft I expected the transaction to run as smoothly as normal. But when I tried to install it an error message appeared warning that it could harm my laptop and the installation stopped and rolled back.

I messaged Lizosoft and was advised to lower my settings, I took that to mean firewall and Internet security so I turned them off and tried the installation again with the same results.

I then messaged Lizosoft again requesting a refund but was denied being told it was not their responsibility. However having checked consumer rights the following should apply.

When buying goods online in the UK, you have several consumer rights, including:

• Cooling-off period
You have a 14-day "cooling-off" period to cancel your order and get a refund, even if the item is not faulty. This period starts the day after you receive your order.

I contacted them within 36 hours.

Having had further comments from Lizosoft I realise that they will not be refunding my payment so just beware.

The buyer refused all support, his firewall kept deleting the download from Microsoft.
Sorry you feel you had to leave the bad review.
Regardless, the support emails are always open.

Microsoft Office purchased April 6th 2021

Microsoft Office purchased. Seamless transaction. Replies, download information and validation notifications are automated and were emailed to me minutes after purchase completion. Follow the instructions to the letter and you will be using the software within the hour.
