Dreadful Delivery Time

Order placed on April 9th, query sent on the 14th as to when it would be delivered, answer was that it would be 10 days, which is very slow however today is the 28th and still no sign of the delivery or an update from the company.

A very poor experience after discovering damage

A very poor experience with the Ashbourne branch, having spent a considerable amount I had a problem with one of 4 bathroom mirrors, the mirror had a chipped corner. Brought it back to be told no issue it would be replaced and then received a call to say that they would not replace it as it was not in the original box.

Thank you for sharing your recent experience with Tile Merchant's Ashbourne branch. We appreciate your feedback, and we would like to address the situation you've described.

Upon further investigation, we found that you returned one of the mirrors approximately five weeks from the initial collection date, mentioning the chipped corner. The order left our warehouse and there were no reported issues with the packaging.

However, this presents a challenge in our ability to address the issue. According to our terms and conditions, it is the customer's responsibility to carefully inspect their order upon receipt and promptly report any concerns or problems. Ideally, the order should be returned in the same condition as it was received.

In this instance, the mirror was out of our possession for an extended period, which makes it difficult to determine when and how the damage occurred. Unfortunately, this situation falls under the guidelines set in our terms and conditions.
