Parcel came on time and was left in the right place. Cheerful man.

The delivery came a day later than I was told. The driver took notice of delivery instructions & came within the time stated on the revised time slot.

Instructions were to leave in porch. Instead the driver drove past the house up the lane to a yard with locked gates & put the parcel under the gate. Clearly not put in a porch! I had to try to find the parcel. Luckily I walked up the lane & discovered it under the gate. Most unsatisfactory!

I prefer to book my holiday face to face rather than on line. The staff in my local TUI shop are welcoming & efficient making the process easy & straightforward.

It is always a gamble when buying anything online, to be sent directly to someone else, which you are not going to see yourself. It took me a long time to decide which firm to use to send flowers to a relative. I finally decided on Bunches as from their website they gave a good account of themselves & I felt confident that they would deal satisfactory with any problems. The flowers were very reasonably priced & delivery was on time.
Being able to track the progress of the delivery was very helpful. The recipient of the flowers was very pleased with them.

I've used Budget Seeds for a few years & found their seeds very reliable. They offer a large range of both flower & vegetable seeds at very reasonable prices. Germination rate is good & productivity is excellent. From 2 Cucumber seeds, bought from Budget Seeds, I've had a total of 114 cucumber fruits so far & they are still growing.
