Went for Christmas meal with work. Was told that they had a supply issue and didn't have some things on the menu. Gave our drinks order and waited for half an hour but had no drinks, only to find that the staff were arguing about who was doing our drinks order. Will not be going there again.

Avon display stand in Superdrugs Sutton has been placed in the middle of the first isle and it is very hard to get round if you have a double buggy or are in a wheelchair. This needs to be moved as it is also a fire hazard and a trip hazard.

The store is still too warm with the fans that have been given. The air conditioning needs to be repaired or replaced as the climate change has changed the weather and this affects not only the staff but customers as well.

When going into superdrug sutton, I was very impressed with the customer service by Daniella and Kieran. The only problem I had was with the flashing lights on the fragrance counter as this could cause someone to have an epileptic fit.
