The website was quick and easy to use…

The website was quick and easy to use and one of just a few that use the government flood risk help scheme. Also very reasonably priced

Extremely poor customer service and…

Extremely poor customer service and website, not even worth a star. They have been ok until you want to switch. Utility Point continued to take money out of my account even when they acknowledged the termination and switch.. Various emails later and I've still had no response to how and when the account credit will be transferred back to my bank. The website just sends you round in circles when you want to complain or ask a question and the " Would you like to chat" section is non existent and just keeps saying ""we will be back" No one replies to a telephone call even after 45mins and you cant post a review on feefoe their prefered review site. Like most on here I appreciate that there are issues with the pandemic but other companies have adapted far far better. I'm now passing this on to the ombudsman
