Il 20 novembre feci un ordine da Charabanc.
La spedizione è andata bene fino alla consegna finale, quando un errore di trascrizione del mio nome ne ha impedito la buona riuscita. Segnalato il problema a Charabanc, si sono immediatamente attivati per risolvere e farmi consegnare il pacco. Così è stato e il giorno dopo l'ho ricevuto. VERAMENTE BRAVI!

On November 20th, I placed an order with Charabanc.
The shipment was ok until the final delivery, when a spelling error with my name prevented it from being delivered. I reported the problem to Charabanc, and they immediately took action to resolve the issue and deliver the package. They did, and I received it the next day. WELL DONE!
