Terrible customer service, no one ever responds to dm messages or emails! Been emailing since the 15th December and still haven’t resolved the issue. Refusing to provide me a refund, due to my return parcel going “missing” stay clear of this company!!!!

Having no communication with the brand, returned my item and still haven’t received a refund!!! Sent multiple emails and no response!
Will not shop here again…
I posted the item on the 11th, they received item on the 20th and haven’t acknowledged it’s been delivered.

Had a viewing booked in with Hannah, she was extremely polite and knowledgable. She kept me in the loop about the property and any potential future properties! Excellent experience
