I ordered the product incorrectly
I ordered the product incorrectly, and my attempt to obtain the correct part have been horrendous. How long does it take to get back to me and resolve my issue. ? I have a customer waiting for weeks.
I will not use superbath again nor will I reccomend you.

I spent 2 weeks awaiting a reply. Once I submitted a bad review I received a reply within 5 mins. !!!! And yet my issue is still unresolved. It is not good enough. Its a simple problem. Sort it out please. I should not have to resort to this to get a response

You can already request a return label for the wrong cartridge you ordered, so that we will be able to issue a refund for this one.
Concerning the compatible cartridge, our Technical support requested the reference of your mixer tap in order to find the right reference for you.
