First time in using this particular supplier and found the whole experience effortless. Found the website easy to use, advised when the bulbs were to be despatched and now look forward to seeing the end result in the not too distant future.

I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately my experience with arranging the actual repair was frustrating. Having called 3 times and each time I was told someone would call me back, they did'nt. Finally the parts arrived and was able to book in my car at the requested branch and was then plane sailing from there. Dan the technician (Harrow Branch) was friendly and gave good advice. Repaired within the timescale given. Great job done :)
