Won’t be using this company again

Won’t be using this company again . They promise you things then end up going against there word . Overcharge for broadband and customer service is terrible . Vodafone are the best

Had a front door delivered and there…

Had a front door delivered and there was missing items . I complained about this and they told me I would have to send the whole door back even after fitting as they cannot get me the parts . Will never use them again

Not impressed by the service I received…

Not impressed by the service I received from start to finish .
I was told I had a good chance to win my claim and in the end the defendant denied liability and now express have given up on me . Haven’t heard anything since .

They will never offer you what your car…

They will never offer you what your car is actually worth . Obviously they have to make a profit but the profit margins they work to are ridiculous.
Better of selling privately .

My Nan was well overcharged for some…

My Nan was well overcharged for some roof work . She is 91 years old and very independent and she asked for some poiting to be done on the gable tiles . They said the membrane and timbers were rotten so she asked for them to replace it . How can the membrane be rotten. She got scammed and I’ll be taking this further .

Foods nice but they sent me 5 of the same meal when I didn’t order 5 of the same . I’ll be using another company from now on.

Terrible company to work for

Terrible company to work for . They make you work in an unsafe environment . Also the quality of the homes are very poor. They make you fit mouldy skirting board and arkitrave as they have no other materials on site . The site managers are useless and fail to report accidents on site .
