I recently purchased the Relaxed Fit Boxers and non-iron shirts from brooksbrothers.eu for my father and my husband, and I’m very happy with the experience. The quality of the fabrics is excellent you can really feel the difference. The items fit well, and have held up nicely after the first wash. It was a great choice for gifts, and both of them were very pleased!!

My sister was notified by email that her flights were canceled and advised to call LastMinute.com to see what her options were. Despite this, the flight still appeared as confirmed on her online account.

She tried to call the Lastminute.com customer service, as advised. She was on the line for 40 minutes and unable to be connected to an operator. The call cost her $90. Therefore, I called on her behalf from the UK to request a refund and after several attempts, I somehow managed to speak to an advisor and we were told a refund would be issued.

It's been 3 weeks and the refund is yet to be received, no email was received and the flight still shows as confirmed on her online account.

We called the airline and they said it was indeed canceled.

Been trying to ringing their customer service again and it is absolutely pointless. There is a system of useless menu options that bounce you back to their app or website and eventually hang up on you.

Please stay away from lastminute.com!
