It's hard for me to decide how many stars to rate. I've used Balmonds products several times, and they're fantastic. Unfortunately, when I bought a larger quantity of Skin Salvation (6 x 250 ml), two boxes became rancid, despite the expiration date and proper storage. I contacted Balmonds, didn't have any complaints, but let them know what happened and sent photos. Their only response was that it was very strange and that I could still use the creams despite the awful smell. I wasn't expecting a refund, but it would have been nice if they had at least offered a coupon for future purchases. Unfortunately, there was no incentive to stay with them as a customer.

Piękny mebel, dokładnie taki jak na zdjęciu, solidna praca, szybka dostawa o ile produkt jest dostępny od ręki dlatego warto zwrócić na to uwagę przy zakupie. Bardzo dobrze zapakowana przesyłka. Już zrobiłam kolejne zakupy :)

The worst company, for the third time I have a situation where the courier has not made an attempt to deliver I am at home all day, there is no written information !!!, and on the website there is information that the package has not been delivered because they did not find anyone in home, which is a lie. I pay home delivery, not to the post office !!!!
