***Update***
So after being told 25.6.20 that a refund had been processed, still nothing has been received. I've been told twice that the refund had been done and received nothing. You can't even get through on the phone to speak to anyone. After this experience I will not be using JD again, and would not recommend using the online service.
Returned an item through JD's return portal 'Intelligent Returns'. Courier informed me the item had been received back with JD 9.6.20, within a day. I've had no communication from JD to say the item has been received, or a refund has been processed up to date 25.6.20. Emailed customer services and not had a response either. Not happy with the service. Even under the current circumstances it has never normally taken so long.
